141 Rail Desk Organizer

I wanted something that would keep my workspace tidy while also bringing a smile to my face. As a rail engineer, I spend most of my day at work, so I decided to create an organizer that resembles the 141lb rail I'm familiar with. This way, all the tools and supplies I use on a regular basis are within easy reach. When printing this design, I was working with blue PLA material in my printer's primary extruder. However, I didn't switch over to white PLA for the support structure, which is why you'll notice some streaks of blue throughout the images. This model isn't perfect, and there are a few tweaks I would make if given the chance. For instance, I'd increase the size of the small ruler slot to make it easier to clean out any leftover support material. Additionally, I'd enlarge the holes for the pens slightly to accommodate thicker markers like Sharpies. Despite its imperfections, this design has already gotten a chuckle from everyone in my office.
