140mm Fan to 125mm Hose adapter

After making an enclosure for my 3d printer, I decided to add an exhaust to have a bit of temperature (cooling) control. I had an old 140mm computer fan lying around, so I decided to give it a new life on this project. To channel the exhaust air outside rather than just blowing it back into my hobby room, I got a flexible 125mm pvc ventilation hose from the local hardware store. Then I designed this model to attach it to the fan.
