140mm fan to 100mm duct enclosure exhaust
prusaprinters
I wanted to make an exhaust for an acrylic-paneled enclosure with the 140mm computer fan I had on-hand.This model contains a housing for the 140mm fan, a 140mm to 100mm adapter (it's just a cone), and a spacer to help seal the adapter and housing to prevent any fumes from escaping. As designed, the parts fit perfectly against some 1/8" acrylic I purchased. You may want to edit the spacer and/or the interior housing yourself in case your panels are of a different size.Parts(4) 4mm x 0.7mm x 40mm machine screws(4) 4mm x 0.7mm hex nutsSpecial Print InstructionsThe “Interior Housing” may need support at these locations:The cutout for the 140mm fan power cordThe (4) cutouts for the hex nutsI was surprised the “Exterior Adapter” did not need any support, but I've printed this twice using no supports without any issues.
