140mm fan to 1/4-20 (camera) adapter. I didn't have threaded inserts at the time so I designed this to use an inverted 1/4-20 flange nut. Not exactly the strongest design due to dimensional issues, but it works. Might not work on other fans; depends on the rib structures between the fan's front/back near the screw holes. Requires: * 1/4-20 flange nut * M4 sized bolt + nut
