140mm Dual CPU Fan Mount

I made this for my NZXT Havik CPU cooler. The fans were hanging loose off the heatsink because the rubber bits holding them together had dried out and crumbled. Since NZXT stopped making this model years ago, they couldn't provide any replacement parts, and none of the metal clips I found seemed like they would fit the heatsink design. I threw this together to hold the fans in place and allow them to be draped on top of the heatsink. It seems to stay in place well enough, but there's nothing actively securing it, so I wouldn't recommend this for anything but stationary towers. The Havik's heat sink is approximately 61.4mm wide, with small divots positioned about 10.75mm from the center (leaving a total gap of about 21.5mm between them).
