I've been using vertical stands with my work MacBook for awhile now to keep my desk uncluttered. I wasn't able to find a good one for the newer M1 Pro MacBook, so I made one. It is a simple, but useful vertical stand for the 14" MacBook Pro that works well in conjunction with a dock when using external monitors and peripherals. The stand includes ventilation channels, so as to not interfere with the MacBook's ability to stay cool. I place my MacBook in a hinge-down orientation, to minimize cable clutter.
