This sneaky division provides aerial support, but they can sometimes be the Vanguards. TOGGO, MAD UN' Toggo is a special goblin who was struck by lightning for a few times now. Magically, he survived, and his mind develops greatly each time being struck. That being said, almost no goblin can understand his words, or behaviors. The camp sometimes burnt due to his "attempt". So all goblin call Toggo Mad Un'. Recently, This crazy "scientist" has invented a hot air baloon and a Repeating Crossbow for the Goblin Company. They are not sure about its effectiveness, but they are promising.
