13th-14th century cross-slab fragment
sketchfab
Tapered cross-slab drops off sharply at lower end, with chamfered edges on both sides. A narrow incised cross features a stepped base and three discs on its stem. Uncovered in the east wall of St James' graveyard, it is quite worn from time. Recorded by Orla Power, UCC Digital Humanities Department. Funded by Kildare County Council Community Heritage Grant.
