13mm Elbow Aquarium Spraybar

This two-part spraybar features a 13mm (~1/4 inch) inner diameter pressure fit connection. Designate the printer to produce two separate pieces with a circular end that contacts the build surface for optimal tip and "spray slots" alignment. The system is capable of handling substantial flow amounts, having been tested up to 295 gph in powerhead mode using a Marineland 1200. Backpressure does not cause impeller chatter due to its design. Modeling and testing were conducted utilizing SIMSCALE. It is essential to print this item with food-safe materials or apply an aquarium-safe coating or epoxy to ensure the well-being of aquatic life. An All-In-One Version is available for those who prefer not to assemble the spraybar themselves.
