Ahmet Ishan was born in 1861. As the son of Oraz Ishan, like his brothers, Ahmet initially studied literacy with his father. He then attended one of the large madrasas in Bukhara. After completing his studies at the madrasa, he opens a mosque and school in the Baganaly area on the Sarysu River coast, Teli Kol. His education, kindness to the congregation of the mosque, and ability to heal people spread widely across that territory (Torgay, Ak Mola, Jezkazgan), and was named after him, Ahmet Ishan. In 1927, Ahmet Ishan died living on the Teli Kol River coast.
