A second-year project subject at Delft University of Technology led to the creation of a container ship model. It adhered to Bureau Veritas requirements, which were tested using MARS2000. PIAS - SARC performed stability checks under different loading conditions using multiple ballast tanks in the hull. FEMAP's FEM analysis ensured hull strength. The ship features a length overall of 142.99 meters, a beam of 22.51 meters, a deadweight of 10,424 tonnes, and a service speed at design draught of 17.75 knots. However, this model must not be used for the Integratie Project 2 of TU Delft.
