This is a custom-designed filament pulley featuring a 608 Bearing, a component that will be integral to an upcoming project. However, I've opted to share it now in case someone finds it useful. Printing this design twice yields one complete pulley. The bearing fits snugly (tested) but proves quite tight; utilizing a de-burring tool may facilitate the initial installation process. To prevent filament from getting trapped, I recommend applying glue to the outer seam.
