Print them solid with soft TPU, then squish them between motors and frames. TIPS FOR PRINTING TPU: I've managed to print NinjaFlex using pretty crappy extruders. Direct Drive is probably easier, but I've seen a 3mm Bowden work too. Print SUPER SLOW. Print HOT like 230 degrees Celsius. Use a 130% extrusion multiplier. TPU likes to compress and under-extrude.
