READ ME I designed this cap based on a 13x5.5j Heroes Racing wheel aka Enkei Aeronautic EK84. I have not test fit these on an Enkei branded wheel but I assume it's the same. I don't know if these will fit on other sizes of wheel, but playing with the scale might be enough to get it to work. These center caps slot in and turn clockwise to lock in to place. I used 1.5mm piano wire from Ace hardware and bent it into a wave spring to secure the center caps, but I would use 1.0mm if I did it again.
