The EXHL-TRN-LE3-IR-1224 from Larson Electronics is a 12-24V DC-operated Explosion Proof Portable Surface Mount Infrared LED Fixture designed for vision systems, sensors, cameras, and security systems. Featuring Class I, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups A, B, C, D, Class I, Zones 1 & 2, Groups IIB+H2, IIA, Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F ,G and Class III Divisions 1 & 2 ratings for hazardous area use and worldwide certification, this 12-watt infrared LED light fixture is offered with a choice of spot or flood beam configuration and 750 nm, 850 nm, or 940 nm infrared wavelengths. The EXHL-TRN-LE3-IR-1224 produces intense infrared light for illumination within hazardous areas and potentially explosive work environments. Its LEDs offer inherent resistance to shocks and vibrations, while advanced drivers use pulse width modulation to control heat buildup and maintain LED temperature for longevity. The fixture is rated NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G), with an extruded aluminum housing and unbreakable polycarbonate lens, and can operate in temperatures of -40° Celsius to 60° Celsius, resist ingress of dust, dirt, and humidity, and are waterproof to 3 meters.
