Customized wall plate for three 12-volt outlets designed specifically for my popup camper. One of the existing outlets sticks out into a high-traffic area, making it vulnerable to accidental damage. I aimed to add an additional outlet and USB charger while relocating them to a more discreet spot. Most packages I found came with low-output USB chargers and cost between $25 and $30. Instead, I sourced a two-pack of power outlets for $6 and a two-port QC 3.0 USB charger for $15. The openings on the custom plate measure 29mm in diameter and fit the threaded barrels of the outlets snugly without any issues. Since the USB charger I purchased didn't have the flat plates that some outlets do, I decided not to include them on this design. The inset ring measures 37.5mm, providing ample space for all three outlets to fit comfortably. The screw holes are offset by 10mm to accommodate pan head screws securely.
