I had my eyes on beekeeper's approach for creating the cover but decided to make a few tweaks and didn't want to use SketchUp, so I reworked it in OpenSCAD instead. Placing the switch on the front face eliminates the need for support during printing. Initially, I set the slot width equal to that of the connectors, but a more compact switch let me carve out a hole large enough to run the mains cable through, keeping all the wiring discreetly tucked inside.
