12V Outlet Bezel
thingiverse
I installed a custom USB/voltmeter on my Kawasaki Teryx dash without checking the actual size of the knockout hole. I had assumed that the hole would match the diameter of a standard 12V outlet, but it turned out to be too big for my device. To fix this issue, I quickly created two bezels - one for the front and one for the back - to fit around the USB/voltmeter. The front bezel has a slight bevel to it, which gives it a smooth appearance. The holes in each bezel are 29mm in diameter, with an outside dimension of 50mm. I estimate that the front bezel should be around 5-6mm thick, while the rear one should be about 4mm thick. After installing the bezels, everything works perfectly and looks like it was meant to be there from the start.
