<p>Small ptc heater I designed for outdoor camping (use in sleeping bag)</p><p>Will probably update to add some extra safety/keep air flowing. But I wanted to keep it low profile.</p><p>I guess it could also be used to keep your printer warm.</p><p>Uses radial fan and cheap chinese ptc heater from Aliexpress.<br><br>Use XT60 for powerplug. <br>I Used 50w heater version uses about 5A at 12v uses more or less depending on intelt temp (resistance) hotter = less resistance.<br>I also used 12V to 5V converter to keep fan quiet.<br>I glued the fan to the enclosre so the lid is held on with the fan screws.</p><p>Thermal fuse should be added I used 80c</p><p>Heater has nylon casing so no problem with pla melting.</p><p>PTC heater is also available in 24V 200w version if you need more power.</p><p>Heater </p><p><a href="https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32594044474.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.242a4c4dh8rlTu">https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32594044474.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.242a4c4dh8rlTu</a></p><p>Fan: </p><p>Use Delta BCB0812XXX or similiar (please check against screw hole dimensions in lid.)</p>
