Since I needed a 24V battery pack for an e-scooter project, I created this battery pack. The middle part can also be used separately to stack the "Q-Batteries 12LCP-12" batteries (made up of two parts to make it easier to print). These are simply attached with superglue. * There is also this connector: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3748709 With it, you can easily switch from 24V charging/discharging to 12V charging/discharging. You can see a simple circuit diagram in the pictures... * The batteries (very affordable and powerful/see data sheet): https://www.ebay.com/itm/Q-Batteries-12LCP-12-12V-13Ah-Lead-Acid-Battery-Cycle-Type-AGM-Deep-Cycle/161592087081?epid=1341939524&hash=item259fa39229:g:DmUAAOSw0GJZpnL9 * Data sheet: https://www.pro-akkus.de/media/files_public/0bfebd4f02041d7e345522a3b18ef593/QB_12LCP-12.pdf * As screws for the handle you can use M3 or 2.9mm x 9mm. * You also need a lashing strap (20-40mm) Almost all parts can be printed with ~20% infill, except for the handle (if needed).
