This Dummy load is a jig to test 12V / 13,8V power supplies. The dissipating elements are H4 lamps (12V / 55W) which are commonly used in cars. Each H4 lamp consumes at 13,8V 5,5A. Hence a jig with 4 lamps consumes 22A. Several jigs can be connected in parallel. I have successfully used 4 jigs to consume close to 100A. The H4 lamps are fixed in the jig in a ceramic holder with a PTFE sleeve. You can find these holders on ebay. These holders provide enough thermal insulation to prevent the PETG from melting. I have operated these jigs for more than 60 consecutive minutes without any deformation of the jig. The H4 lamp pins are connected in the center to central M4 screws representing the positive and negative pole. Printed in PETG. I used this jig to test modified HP Server power supplies - see: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5803786
