12U CubeSat Advanced Flexible Materials Lightweight Silver Lining Solar Concentrator with FLOC Anti-Hunting

Likened to how a solar shade pops open, the Concentrator is two-layer sewn and is similarly spring-twisted, spring-loaded, laying relatively flat. It is deployed when a 10-ohm resistor is heated to melt a single-strand 10lb. fishing line releasing a smooth gliding roller bearing latch. Once the pop-up Solar Concentrator is deployed it is positioned by 2-axis motors, algorithm, coarse and fine sun sensors, concomitant hunting is minimizing by the use of lightweight Fixed Length Optical Chambers (FLOCs). Solar panels using TASC solar cells on the 12U provide internal power capable of keeping the 12U CubeSat Rover in the operating temperature range. The 12U Rover is a standard and utilizes another standard a TREX power cable deployment capability and is integral to the Rover. The Rover goes on a step further by utilizing an autonomous VSAT Array connector. The 12U CubeSat Standard utilizes both modular and Lunar Surface Innovation Consortium (LSIC) interoperability Standards. The 3D Model sets the stage for 2 VSATs and 2 AFM Solar Concentrators providing sunlight into a partial PSR powering 2 more VSATs in turn powering a hypothetical processing unit on the crater floor. Modularity and interoperability are key to preventing an Apollo 13 dilemma on the lunar surface. In summary, the lightweight Rover is autonomous, it connects to any VSAT Array using TREX cable or any LSIC/ NASA determined power standard.
