Here's a version of mracole's Sonic Screwdriver, broken down into pieces for multi-color printing. You may need to resize the support rod for best fit with your parts. Revision: I've added an optional revised version of the ring with clips and the switch body that should be stronger and more robust. The switch can be printed in grey and glued into the switch body. Re-Revision: After struggling to print the new revision of the ring with clips, I've created a reinforced version with added support between the rings and clips. It sacrifices some visual appeal for improved printing performance. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: Take Your Pick Notes: Print one file each in these color schemes: Blue - Sonic - 001 - Crystal.stl, Sonic - 004 - Switch Body.stl, Sonic - 007 - Cap.stl Gold/Yellow - Sonic - 003 - Gold Ring.stl, Sonic - 005 - Bottom Rings with Insert.stl Silver/Grey - Sonic - 002 - Silver Ring with Clips.stl, Sonic - 006 - Lower Handle.stl The Silver Ring with Clips may need supports for printing, the lower handle may benefit from them too. I printed the entire model with rafts for better quality, although they might not be necessary for most parts. For enhanced stability, I applied epoxy to the sides of the clips and switch body.
