The Doctor just got his hands on a brand new Sonic, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on one as soon as I saw it. So put on your favorite pair of wayfarers and let's get started with the printing process right away. This model isn't perfect by any means, but it accurately matches the dimensions specified in the sketches released by the BBC while still managing to be easier to design and hopefully print. To be honest, I have no idea how well this is going to turn out once it starts printing, so a test run is definitely in order soon. UPDATE: I've now posted some photos of my test print online - it looks stunning printed, and the texture feels fantastic.
