A compatible 12T gear for the 540 motor. To ensure a smooth fit, drill out the shaft hole to 3.2mm and tap the locking screw holes at 2.5mm using an M3 tap. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 40% Notes: The top, bottom, and shell are all 0.4mm thick. The print temperature is 215C, while the bed temperature is set to 70C. This part was printed using PLA.
