Simple alignment tool for centering a 12mm linear rail onto a 20mm extrusion. Created to facilitate the assembly of linear rails on my new Kossel XXL. Update - December 31, 2017 Thanks to dream4magi, who pointed out that dimensions were not quite accurate! Due to inaccuracies in the original tool, I recreated it with the correct dimensions. The updated dimensions and the FreeCAD file are included for those who want to modify them. Printed this in ABS plastic using a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height, 2 walls, and 25% infill, scaling to 100.5% in Cura to ensure the fit wasn't too tight, as no tolerance was allowed for in the dimensions - just my preference.
