Tight spacing tolerances demand attention, as drillings must be cleared of cuttings before moving to the next hole to prevent binding. Drilling a 10-foot pipe typically takes around 20 minutes using a step drill that reaches up to 12mm, with both sides of the PVC pipe needing to be passed through. The semi-circular design ensures a snug fit against the 12mm drill bit for initial centering. After completing the first pass, reverse drilling out to 14mm on the other side allows for easy passage of bullet pixels.
