12mm Bullet pixel drill guide for 1/2 inch PVC pipe
cults3d
This is a 3 inch spacing drill guide for 1/2 PVC pipe to be used to install RGB pixel lights for a house outline. Print settings: .06 nozzle, .75 line width, 2 walls, 2 top surface, 4 top layers, 4 bottom layers, 15 - 20% infill. The design has tight spacing tolerances and requires as you drill out a hole you knock out the cuttings before moving the pipe down to the next hole to avoid binding. I average about 20 minutes for a 10 foot pipe using a step drill that ends at 12mm and running it through both sides of the PVC pipe. The semi-circle is designed to butt up against the 12mm drill to set the initial center. I came back after and drilled the reverse side out to 14mm to allow easy push through of the bullet pixels.
