12G shotshell crimp reducer
thingiverse
Here is a basic kit for simplifying the process of reducing crimp on a fired 12 gauge shotgun shell. This is particularly useful when re-cramping or before cutting it down to size. 1. Print out the required parts. 2. Place the fired shotgun shell into the bottom of the shotgun.stl (you might need to resize the shell to fit). 3. Insert the ShotCrimpRemover.stl with its rounded end into the case mouth and push it in or use a mallet for extra force. 4. Remove the ShotCrimpRemover.stl from the case mouth. 5. The shotshell's crimped mouth will now be much more open, making it easier to reload, re-cramp, or cut off the shell as needed.
