123 Counting Fun for Kids - #30DoC Days 9&10
thingiverse
Days 9 and 10 of my #30DoC project were focused on involving my kids, who are a constant source of inspiration and creativity. We've been working on numbers and basic math concepts using flashcards and coins lately, but they still struggle with visualizing numbers. To help them improve, I designed a set of counters for games and number play before bedtime. The main 150mm x 150mm grid is best printed in PLA, and the 'Brim' setting suggested by Idolcrasher can be helpful (http://bit.ly/KfkAH0). For better visibility, add a layer of a different color on the last solid print surface. Check my blog for more details at www.richrap.blogspot.com.
