This is a mounting bracket for a 120mm x 36mm COB LED panel, featuring an advanced mechanism for adjusting the panel's position. The adjustment system includes two M4 bolts and nuts that provide secure and precise control over the panel's placement. The design allows for easy installation and adjustment of the panel, making it ideal for use on workbenches or other surfaces where lighting is needed. The LED panels I used with this mounting bracket are high-power COB LEDs available on online marketplaces such as eBay. These LEDs can be easily attached to the panel using M2 bolts and provide a reliable source of illumination. To enhance cooling, a thin piece of aluminum can be inserted between the LED and panel. In my setup, four of these LEDs are connected in series and operate at 12 volts, drawing approximately 1.5 amps of current without overheating PLA. In the latest version (V3) of this design, I made significant improvements to simplify the mounting process. The boltholes have been removed, and a new system allows the panel to be securely attached using nuts and bolts. This update makes it easier to install and adjust the panel on the stand, providing a smooth and hassle-free experience.
