120x20mm Radiator Shroud - variable radiator sizes
thingiverse
I created a custom 120mm fan shroud for my DIY PC watercooling setup that fits all radiator sizes. All you have to do is print the right parts. My goal was to create a single large air space under the fans, allowing the radiator to utilize its full surface area. For instance, if I had used three individual shrouds on a 3x120mm radiator, I would have lost the surface area between shroud 1 and 2 as well as between shroud 2 and 3. To achieve this, I printed two outer parts and one inner part, assembled them with cable ties, and created a single large shroud. You may also be able to glue them together, but I haven't tried it yet. There is also a file available for printing a single shroud if you prefer that design. I'm not sure if this actually improves cooling performance, but I liked the idea and decided to give it a try.
