The main idea of this design is to provide enough airflow for the Mini PCs which are placed on the shelf inside the server rack.The fan in the question is the 120mm Noctua NF-F12 5V PWM fan.To simplify the design, i am using USB powered fan as i have a spare USB port on each of my Mini PCs.120mm fan provides enough airflow to lower the temperature of the device behind it by about 2 to 5 degrees. Since i also run dual 2.5G USB NICs using the front port, it also helps to cool them as well. Printed with the default setting for Generic PLA in the Creality Print.36 minutes to print the whole model, 7 meters / 22 grams of material used.
