120mm Knife Valve

Couldn't find a standard knife valve, and was fed up trying fancy apertures and other gimmicks. See attached. The Knife valve should screw in line with a 120mm fan. It also works seamlessly with my Qidi Tech Vent Kit: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2008891. Have fun! I'll post pictures once I have it printed. Also note, you can print this without supports. The bolt holes will be slightly rough, and the interior won't be perfect - but who's going to see it anyway? Finishing layers should print well and it will look great. Update: Added a photo of the main body; aside from a slight lifting issue (not enough to reprint), it printed perfectly. PLA 210C T0 and Bed 60c until layer 177, then 0c. I also updated the blade file, making it easier to grasp and adding friction points for the valve so it stays put (these may not flex enough, and if that's an issue, I plan on reducing them with a utility knife). *Update 2: Printed the blade; needed a little sanding as it was a touch too thick. I added the Sketchup file, so feel free to reduce it yourself.
