UPDATE 1/29/20: Design update to v2! Thanks to input from members here I reworked the stack so the fan is now in-between the HEPA filter and the carbon chamber. This means the fan is now pushing air through the carbon rather than pulling which should improving airflow. How much improvement? Best I can do is put the v1 and V2 designs on the bench and time how long it takes to fill a garbage bag. v1 took an average of 42s and v2 showed a significant improvement at 31s average fill time. Other improvement is that the carbon chamber can now be pulled off the top making pellets exchanged easier and the fan now lives in the cavity of the lack enclosure so wiring can be internally routed for a cleaner look. Also added a reduced height media chamber for those who want a lower profile look or need less media volume. Please note that one of the corners of each piece in the stack has had the fillet removed to make orientation of parts easier. Three rounded sides and 1 pointy side. Download v2 files for all updated parts. Top and Bottom cover remain unchanged. I left v1 up for anyone who wants access to the original design. Hi! This is a scaled up remix of my original HEPA Air Filter for LACK Enclosure. Details on the original can be found by clicking on the remix info or here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3648628 This design increases the size for 120x120x25mm fans. If you already use the 60mm version and want to upgrade you can simply turn the rectangle in your lack enclosure into a square and this version will fit perfectly. I've been running mine for 2 weeks and so are works very well and I have increase airflow. In the interest of keeping it quiet I used this Noctua 120mm fan in mine but any 120x120x25 fan could be used. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CG2PGY6/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And I used these carbon pellets https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YIWT20/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The this designed is based around 2x Roomba HEPA filters: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K7DMEJ0/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
