120mm fan to single brick vent

I'm Installing a 120mm Fan to Single Brick Vent System. To create this system, I removed one brick from my garage wall and attached it to a 120mm fan. Instead of making a standard vent-sized hole in the wall, I opted for this approach. My goal is to design and print a separate grill or vent door that fits into the existing opening and adds a finishing touch to the exterior wall. The system will feature an added exterior vent grill.
