120mm fan to 4 inch duct
thingiverse
I built this to exhaust heat from bitcoin miners that produce a lot of heat, especially during summers when they run at 1300 watts. This setup helps expel most of the heat out a window. These guides could be useful for server racks and other cabinet-stored electronics to direct heat away from an enclosed space where it might overheat or throttle due to thermal issues. Adapters can be used to connect multiple 4-inch pipes to a larger pipe, making it easier and less messy to direct heat over long distances. I've decided to upload the most useful part of my heat ducting setup, but if there's interest in other parts like holding a 1/2 inch foam board in a window or using simple 4-inch exit adapters on the foam board, just let me know and I can add them or create another upload with those extra components.
