I stumbled upon BigFish87's design and thought it would be perfect for a server rack cooling vent. To make it work for me, all I needed was a longer 100mm piece that could accommodate the 100mm ducting. I imported the design into Fusion to modify it, and now the ducting fits snugly inside the tube. I printed the 100mm part upside down first. The temporary wood screws are holding things in place for now, but I plan on taking a different approach with a laser-cut paper or card gasket for an even tighter seal.
