A 120mm case fan adaptor/reducer for use with a 100mm diameter air conditioning duct, applicable to fume cabinets in RepRap Prusa Mendel setups. The standard 100mm ducting is similar to that found in range hoods and bathroom extraction fans. The fan end corresponds with a standard 120mm Case Fan aperture and bolt pattern. The adaptor measures 120mm x 120mm x 100mm high, with 4.5mm diameter mounting holes suitable for M4 fasteners. Counterbores are included for M4 washers (though not shown in photos). Printed using 0.3mm layer height, 2 perimeters, and 3 solid layers with 10% infill. The cantilever position has proven sturdy after six months of use. Ensure gcode verification to print the 100mm cylindrical section as a solid wall (reducing wall thickness if needed for fewer perimeters).
