120mm fan mount for Sunhokey Prusa i3 electronics

Here's a Simple Mount for a 120mm Cooling Fan to Keep Electronics Boards Cool. The fan can be easily moved out of the way to access the electronics board without having to unscrew any screws. Once the printed parts are ready, you can assemble them using M3 screws and nuts. Attach the fan in the same way by screwing it into place with similar screws. Note that you'll also need to replace the mounting screws for the electronics board with longer ones. I used a custom-printed grill on top of my 120mm fan from this designer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71961. As an important note, while it's not strictly necessary to cool the electronics board, doing so will keep MOSFET and motor driver temperatures down in warm environments or when using higher voltages. I designed this mount with these factors in mind. I'd like to share some printing tips to get you started. Here are my settings: Rafts? No. Supports? No. Resolution? 0.3 Infill percentage? 25% Lastly, be sure to print the base and support separately – and make sure to orient them flat if necessary before moving on.
