120mm Fan Grille with surround

I'm creating a robust 120mm fan grill/guard, specifically designed to withstand heavy use due to its 3mm thickness. The fan will securely fasten in the central opening, leaving plenty of room for adjustment. This design is intended to be installed within a cutout on a case, providing a secure mounting point for your fan. A detailed drawing has been included to ensure accurate fitment and facilitate precise cutting of the surrounding space if needed. Update: I've added photos of my friend's printed version, which turned out flawlessly. The design shared here features chamfers for the screws, whereas his print does not have this feature.
