This design fits a standard 120mm PC fan inside the Fleshlight, blowing air through it at high speed. Simply remove the end cap from the Fleshlight and attach it to the fan mount. No extra parts are needed, only a few dollars' worth of screws. **Side Note:** You might not need the intake piece.
