This part is designed to fit on top of a AC Infinity Thermostatically controlled 120mm fan faceplate and duct air into a 4" duct for vent or filtration. the screws are on a 140mm spread, the faceplate is 160mm square, the duct is made for 4" standard soft duct. It should fit any standard 120mm faceplated fan designed for AV ventilation.
