120mm Fan Base
thingiverse
This is a versatile fan mount designed for a 120mm computer fan that doubles as a simple solder fume extractor fan perfect for electronics projects and serves as an opportunity to learn Fusion 360. I created this design as a way to repurpose a LiPo power supply/charging chip from Adafruit, which I had on hand, into a battery-powered fan ideal for soldering tasks, but its applications go far beyond that. To bring my design to life, I utilized Simplify 3D as my slicer of choice. If you encounter any issues with the print, please don't hesitate to share your concerns in the comments below. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm extruder nozzle Infill: 15-30% Notes: I successfully printed my design using PLA with a 180 Nozzle and 40 Bed temperature on a removable PrintinZ print bed.
