This includes the fan mount, a through wall tube that slips inside an inside the building connector, and a louvered outlet grill. the flap holder needs a support in the recess for the lowest flap. other than that, no supports needed. some sanding is needed to allow the flaps to move freely. if they don't, critters can get in as they won't close all the way.
