120mm Exhaust Deflector (Exterior) for Venting
thingiverse
Updated with newer version that has rounded corners and a smoother surface for airflow. Version 1 has held up well through two winters when printed in ABS. This is a deflector designed for use in a 3D printing ventilation system, preventing water or gusts from blowing directly into the exhaust and overpowering the fan. It is low-profile, allowing for mounting in a screened-in window. Vanes start parallel to airflow, then turn to a 45-degree angle for support-free printing and line-of-sight blockage. Airflow is relatively unaffected, except it is deflected downward. A cut-out exists on the very bottom of the lowest vane, printed fine in ABS without supports.
