Custom-built friction-fit case fan housing / shroud designed to exhaust offgas from production into a 4" ID cylinder. The housing is engineered to accommodate a surplus Cooler Master 120mm case fan, featuring a red LED, sourced from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/120x120x25mm-A12025-20RB-3BN-F1-DF1202512RFUN-R4-L2R-20AC-GP-SickFlow120/dp/B07DZ5R1QY. To power the fan, a 12V DC adapter was hacked and modified by connecting the black wire to ground and combining the red and tachometer wires to hot. This modification enables the fan to operate smoothly. The adapter can be sourced from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FEOB4EI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1. This custom-built housing is compatible with standard 4" diameter ducting, making it an ideal solution for exhaust systems.
