UPDATE 8-July-2018 I've had to draw everything over again in SolidWorks because my old hard drive just quit working. A slicing problem is finally solved: I bumped up the grill fins to a thickness of 1mm and discovered that the original 0.4mm single-wall thickness was causing most slicers to malfunction. The part now slices smoothly with the old version of Cura. There's a groove around the edge for tie-down filtering in place. For this build, I'm using silk sock materials.
