This design accommodates a tight space fitting for a 1204 ball screw. I created it specifically for use with an IGUS WS16 rail and a Drylin slider carriage. The low profile of the rail makes conventional ball screw nuts incompatible with the space between the rails. To address this issue, I added an extra component to elevate the main part by approximately 6-7mm above the bed, ensuring uniformity in the screw hole and preventing adhesion caused by being pressed against the bed. The file name for this design is lift_12_5_zblock.stl. Before removing support, I treated the printed parts with an annealing process involving a 30-minute soak in boiling water.
