This is remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4932480. The bare case has been modified to have deeper holes for longer screws. I modified the L6-30 cover to accommodate a 120v receptacle. Had to use a Dremel to trim down the tabs on the 120v receptacle as shown to fit in the cover. As far as hardware I took the cover to the hardware store to find the right size machine screws.
